I was standing outside of Ace's house, the music blasting. I was debating whether or not If I should drop off his present & leave, or stay & confess.....

Ace & I, we're best friends. We're really close. We do everything together, even if its hard, we still do it.
But really, I have feelings for Ace. Well I wouldn't say a tiny crush, it's more like Tokyo tower high asf crush.

I don't think he feels the same about me though. But I'm fine with that, if he's happy then I'm happy.

'Alright, I guess I could stay.'

Inhaling a scream, I walked in through the door, the hot stench or hormones & alcohol almost knocking me over.

'Someone needs to open a window or something.'

"Hhheeeyyyyy! It's (Y/N)!"Nami says
"Hey Nami! Looking good!"I say
She laughed."I'm always looking good, but thanks anyway! Come on lets find your lover boy!"
"Shut up Nami!"I say as I blushed

Laughing, she dragged me through Ace's house. I said Hi & Hello to everyone as I passed. Some of them were drunk already.

"Ace! Here she is!"Nami says

Ace was watching his two brother play Just dance 2 on the Wii. He had a beer in hand that was half full. When he looked up & saw me, his face lit up.

"(Y/N)! You made it!"Ace sats brightly
I grin."Well I wouldn't want to miss your birthday party Ace! What kind of friend would I be?"
He laughed."Sit down, we're gonna record these idiots."
Nami smirks."Have fun you 2! But not too much fun!"

Nami walked off while humming.....

Why do I have a feeling that she is up to something?

"So Ace hows it going?"
"Awesome now that you're here."Ace replies with a smirk
Lightly blushing, I giggled."Oh shut up."
"But I'm telling the truth!"He says with a pout
I chuckled & ruffle his hair."Alight if you say so...oh that reminds me!"I say
"Hm? What is it?"
I got out the present that I bought Ace."Happy birthday!"
He hugged me."You didn't have to (Y/N)."
"It's the least that I could do, now open it!"I say

He ripped at the Orange & Red wrapping paper. He had a grin as he opened it, a childish but adorable grin.

'I hope he likes it.'

His eyes widened when he saw the present I got him.

"Y-you got this for me?!"
I grin."Well I noticed you looking at it the other day, so I did what I wanted to be done."
Ace wrapped his arms around me again."I love it."
"I'm glad!"

He pulled away (much to my dismay) and put on the Orange cowboy hat that I got him (A/N:It's that hat that he always wears).

"It fits!"He exclaims like a happy child
I giggled."I'm happy that you like it."
"No (Y/N) I love it, after all it was you who gave this to me."He says
I blushed.

'Its now or never (Y/N)....'

"Ace.."
He hummed in response
"I actually have one more thing to give you, but I only want you to see it."I say
He tilted his head in confusion."Why is this next one special?"He asked
"Yeah I guess you can say that. Come on lets go to your room!"I say

Ace pov
I watched as (Y/N) dragged me upstairs to my room.
I was starting to get nervous, today I've been meaning to tell (Y/N) how I feel about her, and tell her that I'm in love with (Y/N). I've loved her ever since we've met, but....I've just been to scared to tell her how I feel, cause she might reject me.

She opened the door to my room & shut it behind her. We went & sat down at my bed.

"So uh..what is it that you've wanted to give to me?"I asked
I saw her swallow."A-actually, I wanted to tell you something."She stutters
My heart sped up."O-oh? Well wh-what is it?"I asked

"A-Ace I've been meaning to tell you this for a long time but....."She breathed in."I-I'm in love with you. I have been ever since we've met a-and I u-understand if you don't feel the sane way. B-but as long as your happy..then I'm happy-"

I shushed her by kissing her. She was surprised but she had kissed back. My heart rate was speeding up, I couldn't believe that (Y/N) has the same feelings as me.
I cupped her face, making our kiss go deeper. She wrapped her arms around my neck & played with my hair.

We pulled away, staring deep into each other's eyes.

"(Y/N)....I've been meaning to tell you how I feel about you for a long, long time. Ever since we've met, I've had a huge crush on you, but I was scared of telling you how I felt about you. I was to afraid that you might reject me....but now that you've told me how you felt, I realize now that I can tell you anything. (Y/N), I feel the same way, and I'm in love with you. W-will you be my girlfriend?"I asked
With tears of happiness in her (E/C) eyes, she says-
"Yes! I want to be yours Ace!"

*Outside the door*
Nami pov
"Yes they confessed to each other!"I cry in happiness
"And about bloody time as well."Zoro grumbled
"Aahhhh! (Y/N)-chan & Ace are gonna eat each other!"Luffy cries

I bonked Luffy over the head."SHUT UP!"

"We can hear you guys you know!"(Y/N) yells from inside
"Sorry! Just go back to doing your thing!"I yell
"(Y/N)! Ace! Don't eat each other!"Luffy cries

"Why would we do that?!"Ace yells

I laughed

I'm happy for them
