Becoming a Gaurd

The last few weeks have been amazing! I love spending time with Garroth and Aphmau. I even met my possibly new best friend, Kiki. I had a few flashbacks of me when I was young. I have learned a lot bout my past. Like I am a Daughter of a lord, a princess. I had a sister named Kara who loved purple, my favorite colors are blue and purple, I always wanted to be a guard and I was good at it, I had my mothers brown eyes. A bunch of random things. Some wanted to make me cry. I don't won't these flashbacks to help me remember, I just want to remember my self. I love it here in Pheonix Drop! I have meet Laurence, (who is a bit of a Casanova), Dante, Kawaii chan, Kiki's brother Brenden, Cadenza, Nicole, Donna and her boyfriend Logan. A lot of other people too! But I don't have the guts to ask Garroth about my past. Heck! He doesn't even know I don't remember. It is sad.

I was taking a walk on the beach when I here Kiki and Aphmau shout "SOPHIE COME HERE!!" They sounded excited. I ran up to them, "is something wrong?" I was kinda worried, "NO," said Kiki "it is time for you to become a Gaurd, see if you are worthy" I cracked my nuckles and my neck. "Let's do this!"

I entered the place where the guards trained. Aphmau and all to girls were behind me. It was nice to have support. The boys starred at me, some in awe. I was going to be the first female guard. First i went up against Mr. Casanova. He winked at me and said "I am not going easy on you just because your a girl and your hot" I hissed and I went for the tackle. The boys booed at Laurence. He was always a flirt. The girls Cheered me on. "YOU GOT THIS SOPHIE!" Then I went up against Dante. He didn't say anything. We fought more than I did with Laurnce, he was good but in the end I got him. He shook hands. He was strong to. Then Garroth came out. "Haha. Just like old times" I said as I swung my sword on my finger. "Your right. But we are bigger and stronger now. I wonder who will win?" His smile was smug. I couldn't help but laugh but the whistle blew and we charged at each other. We both got cuts on our arms and legs, but we weren't giving up easily. I suddenly thought of water. I could help it. Then I saw water in my hand! Like and actual ball of water footing right above my hand.WHAT THE HECK!? Garroth starred at me in disbelief. So did everyone else. I stopped the thought and the water disappeared. I gasped. I didn't want to hurt anyone. I ran out. I started to run towards the beach. I felt safe there. Am I a magic user?

*garroth's prov.*
She's never done that before. I couldn't help but stare. I saw her blushing and looking scared. Everyone was silent. She suddenly ran out. I followed. I saw she was heading towards the beach. I didn't want my best friend to be hurt. She sat down and looked at her reflection. She looked so beautiful. Her brown eyes, her blonde hair, the blue streak. Everything about her was perfect. But I had to make her feel better. The whole village was behind me. I went down the stairs, the people wanted to give me and her some privacy. "Soph?" I used her nickname "are you ok?" Her voice came out as a strong laugh but I realized she was crying "HAHA! AM I ALRIGHT!?!? I JUST FOUND OUT I AM A WATER MAGIC USER!! OF CORSE I AM ALRIGHT! H-how...?" He voice broke and started to cry. I sat beside her, I gave her a hug. She hugged me back. "I am sorry. It is just... So much is going on. On the outside and inside" she said. "it is ok. You are not the only magic user I know. Zoey is one." She gave a small smile "thank you Garroth. You are my best friend." She stared to blush. So did I. "Let's go finish the match" I said. I knew that would cheer her up, "you mean me-kicking-your-butt-match? Then yeah. I am ready." She giggled and i laughed. The whole village cheered and headed back.

*back to Sophie*
We were back in the arena. I had my sword. The whistle blew and we charged. Garroth had some more moves then he did before. We were 5 minutes in the match. I realized a spot where I could pin him. I swooped down and swung my legs underneath him. He fell and my sword had him pinned. "Not bad" he said. I took away my sword and held my hand to him "not so bad yourself" he took it. We laughed. Everyone cheered. "NOW A CELEBRATION FOR OWR NEW FRIEND AND GUARD!" Aphamu cried. There was more of a roar. A party!?!? For me!?? THIS IS AWESOME
