Doctor Who Imagines

Victorian & Steampunk (pt.2)-11th Doctor

You held fistfuls of your dress in your hand as you ran. Your hair came down from its elaborate twist and spilled over your shoulder like (HC) ink. You grabbed your gun from its hidden holster and the Doctor stared at you while running.

You called it ahead of time and he tripped and caught his balance but this time was looking forward. "Why do you have a gun?"

"The TARDIS gave it to me!"

"Why would it do that?" He yelled back.

You ran down the hill and pointed the gun back at the ground. "Well sorry!"

The Doctor didn't look back at you he just questioned. "Can you even shoot a gun?"

"I can! I just don't know about this one. Doesn't seem like it needs ammo so is it a laser gun?"

You pointed it at a tree next to you and shot. A blur of blue shot through the tree. "Yup! Laser gun! This is so Star Wars. Speaking of which does it exist?"

"No! Well yes and no. This is a conversation for another time!"

You rolled our eyes and pushed the tree branch out of your way. The Doctor stopped running and you ran right into him. He held a finger to your lips and and smudged the crimson lipstick. Great, now you look like a vampire.

"Sssshhh." The Doctor said quietly.

You too his hand off your mouth and glared. "It is quiet, there is nothing for your to hear."

He set two hands on the ivy in front of you and smiled. "Exactly."

You stepped through the curtain and gasped. There was a beautiful couple dressed lavishly and sitting on a blanket. You walked over and bent down near their picnic basket and examined the champagne bottle. You held it and looked at the wax seal. Why weren't they saying anything?

You set the bottle down and turned towards the Doctor. He had a frightened look in his eyes. What? You looked at the couple and- their faces!

You fell to the ground and scrambled away.  A dream crab fell inches away from your feet and you shot it with your gun. It dissolved in a blue light. You walked over to the Doctor and kept your gun facing the crab that wasn't there anymore. "Dream crabs? What the heck are those doing here?"

You pointed your pistol at the couple and the woman in the pink dress stayed where she was. "How do we kill them?"

"We can't. Not unless we want to kill the people under them. Unless..."

"Unless what?"

The Doctor walked over and Crouched down to the couples level. He took out his sonic and pointed it at where the woman's right temple would be. He pressed the button and a small electric charge shot through the sonic screwdriver to the dream crab. It fell off and the girl bent over coughing and looked up at you past the Doctor with large almond eyes and dark hair.

"What happened?"

-after explaining-

"Thank you for your help but how can you get the other one off my husband? I don't want anything to happen to him."

The Doctor did the same to the man and he looked at us with the same eyes. He got up off the ground and watched the writhing crab disintegrate. "What the hell?"

He looked up at his wife and held out his arms. "Darling!"

"Jim!"

She dashed into his arms and kissed his cheek while they whispered sweet nothings to each other.

The Doctor turned back towards the ivy curtain and held your hand. "Never mind the peaceful part. Let's feet back to the TARDIS."

He held out a hand for you to put your gun into. You shook your head and held it behind your back. "Want the gun? Well, you've got to catch me!"

You smiled and ran back to the park past all the people laughing.
