Chapter Thirty Seven: Andy

"Mrs Cortez it was negative."
C.C. froze "I fainted for nothing" he said, I laughed and wrapped my arms around him "You didn't knock me up!" I yelled. And he smiled "Lissa isn't going to neuter me!" He yelled, and I laughed Bret smiled.
"Yay! No more C.C.'s!" He yelled and C.C. gave him a look smacking the back of his head. I wish I was positive, but am happy I am not I am nineteen and too young to have a kid, but it still sucks I already had a girls name picked out.
We walked outside and froze "She took the fucking car?!" Bret yelled, I sighed "The hotel isn't far away from here anyway" I said and took C.C.'s hand as we walked Bret cussed and kicked the ground and we walked to Days Inn. We walked up to the rooms and saw Luca outside of Lissa and Rikki's "Whatcha doing?" I asked, he sighed and motioned to the door.
And we heard shit being beat and thrown I sighed "Lissa" I went to the door and walked on in with Luca yelling at me I had a tissue box smack me in the forehead, I held my head and said "Ouch?"
She sighed "Andy" she checked my head then sighed "Whats the news?" She asked,I smiled "No need to chop C.C. into a woman. Imnot pregnant my pregnancy test was negative first one was a false alarm."
She sighed "Damn. Im sorry" she said, I shrugged "No worries. It would of just been another C.C. into this world" I laughed she looked at me "You didn't want a baby?" She asked, isighed and shrugged sitting on the bed "Not really. But, it would have been nice. I mean to hear a child of my own laughing" I said, and smiled at the thought, then I shook my head.
"I don't know about C.C. though. Would he of been there like he says? Or would he of ditched me?"
She hugged me tight "I honestly think he would have been there with you. I don't think he would have ran unless it's from me trying to choke him to death" I laughed at her choice of words and she smiled "See? Your laughing. Now, how do you feel?" She asked I smiled.
"Wanna share a strawberry pie?"
When I said that she lit up and we snuck out of the hotel and to the car, we drove to the old Jacks and went in I ordered a huge Starberry pie,and toted it outside to the play ground. We sat at a table and ate.
She smiled "This is good" she said, I smiled "I worked here for years during high school" I said "I came up with the recipe" she laughed "Never would of thought that."
I nodded "My grandma Adell knew how to cook very good in the kitchen, she was a natural and taught me how" I admitted she smiled "Seems like she was." As we finished our pie we looked at the play ground, then each other.
After playing we sat on swings talking "-and then I come in toBobby drunk off his ass, fighting with Rikki and he said my favorite color was green!" She yelled I laughed "Poor boys."
She smiled "I don't even want to talk to Rikki, or even Luca after all that. What would you do?" She asked, I shrugged "Well, you did kick his ass for me.. and C.C. gave him a black eye" I said she laughed as I added "And literally ruined his weekend-my New Yorker can kick ass and shoot good."
"Well.. I still don't trust him with a gun" I nodded "I don't either" I admitted, and she laughed as we swung on the swing and looked St the quiet playground "It would be nice to have kids and watch them play and have fun" I admit, she looked at me and I shrugged "Hear their little laughs and voices. Saying Mommy I love you and all that shit."
She sighed "I don't think I want kids" she said and laughed "Not unless Rikki does I mean, can you imagine labor?!" She almost yelled "Popping out something the size of a watermelon-" I shut her up before she could carry on and I said "Now that I think about it... I'm so adopting."
She laughed.
