( Hiccup's POV )

" Wahoooooo~ "

Toothless and I were on our way to Berk. We had to have some fun along the way. Diving is so much fun especially when Toothless twisting up word.

" This is amazing! " I yelled stretching my arms out.

I had my black tunic that I made from Toothless old scales. It's looks the same as my green tunic even has the same leather wraps on my arms, now it's fire proof. I didn't change my pants just washed them in the pond not to far from our cave. I had my boot on since I didn't really were them during my training. I didn't see the need for it, the fabric hindered my movements.

Toothless glided threw the sky. The sky is were I belong. This is how I wanted to live my life. Living in the sky with Toothless, it's peaceful. I scratched his head making sure I stay clear for his sweet spot. Don't want to crash into the ocean. Not when we're so close to Berk.

" Can't wait to see everyone. I bet dad's really worried about me. " I said.

Toothless nodded " It's been a month, Hiccup. Your father would've worried if you hadn't sent the letters. "

" That and he wouldn't stop until he found me. " I replied.

Toothless nodded in agreement. He new how my father acted when we go on weeks worth trips around the other islands. By the time we come back he's in my personal space. Treated me like some precious item.

" Look bud, seems Berk hasn't
change. " I stated.

" Yes, but you can you smell that? " He questioned.

I nodded " Yay. Blood, it's fresh too. Someone's badly injured. " I answered getting closer to the saddle.

Toothless increased his speed. We picked a perfect time to come. Someone needs help. The villagers didn't seem to notice us until we circled around the island. I looked for the sores of the blood. I was shocked to see it was Aires.

Toothless landed right next to her. He wined nudging her head. She's a good friend of ours. We bonded over the month of training. She's my remind that Berk still cares about me. She even gave me shelter when Toothless was sick.

" Aires? " I called hopping off of Toothless.

Her eyes fluttered open. She looked so tired. My heart ached seeing all the bandages on her. Just what happened? My fingers ran threw my hair just thinking of all the possibilities.

" I'm fine Hiccup, a Berserker just got lucky. " She said.

" No your not, your wing is damaged your have sword gashes that are probably poisoned. " I replied.

Toothless laid beside me. He bonded with Aires as well. They're great friends. She helps kept him company when I'm training. It help both of us get threw this.

" I'll go fine some herbs for your wounds. I'm glad Inferno let us have the day off. "  I said getting up.

" Prince, please you don't have to. I'm not going to make it anyway. The gashes are to deep. " She stated.

I clutched my hand, controlling my flames. I didn't want anyone to see my flames out of control. I could kill them like this. My rage was just boiling. I refuse to give up on her. So I ran. I ran into the forest to get what I needed. Coming here for most of my childhood I know every inch of this place.

I ran to the edge of the east side of the forest. If memory servers dragon tonic should be there. I stumbled on it as a child and didn't now what kind of exotic plant it was until Inferno told me about a bunch of healing herbs.

I pulled back some ferns to see the plant in all its beauty. I just need the petals the rest of the plant is poisonous. It's a defense system for the plant, but it can help Aires. There was about five Dragon Tonic's in full bloom. So three petals from each plant. That should be more then enough to heal her.
