Dear Diary,
It's 7:15pm and I'm curled up on the crappy sofa in the hotel room watching 'Elf' with my family. Phil's lay with his head in my lap and Dil's lay on Phil's chest, fast asleep. So, let me correct myself - Phil and I are watching the film, Dil obviously didn't care much for it.
I'm so content with everything. Despite what's going on, today has allowed me to forget about it. Although I'm kinda disappointed because I never got to surprise Phil with my amazing Christmas present today. Oh well, I guess it'll have to wait.
We're leaving first thing tomorrow morning. I'm sure Phil said something about heading down south from here - Cardiff, maybe? Who knows, I'm just gonna go with the flow. As long as I'm keeping my family safe, I don't care where I end up. Just as long as no one takes them away from me.
