Chapter 29 - Unexpected

Today was the day Boruto and Sarada are coming back home.

Back in their timeline.

Back to where they belong.

How this facts were known?

With Tsuneo's help, Naruto and Sasuke figured out how to bring back their children.

Yes, that's right, Tsuneo helped Naruto and Sasuke.

Why? They still don't know.

But it's time to bring their children home and that's what it all matters right now.

"You ready?" Sasuke asked.

Naruto nod.

"I was wondering..."

"What is it?" Sasuke stopped.

"I don't know how he knows so much about me and Boruto."

"Leave that for later. We need to bring them back. Then we talk."

I'm the Hokage and he still orders me around! Dattebayo!

"Hnn! We'll go when I say so! Okay, let's go!"

Sasuke sweatdroppted.

Still the same rivality?

Time has passes since Naruto's meeting with Sasuke and declaring that they will kill each other.

Yesterday, Tsunade woke up.

Everything was back to normal.

Well... Except for-

"I'm telling you, they will come after us!" Sarada yelled at Boruto.

"It has been so many months since we arrived here! Don't you think they would have come after us if it was possible?"

"It is! It has to be! I can't get over the fact that we might get stuck in here! I want to go home..."

"You think I don't want to? I'm tired of being here."

Then out of the sudden, someone yelled after them.

"Oi! Boruto! Sarada! You were summonsed!" Kiba said.

"What does that old hag want from us?"

"BORUTO BE NICE! SHANAROO!"

"OW! OKAY OKAY! I'LL BE NICE TO THAT OLD LADY!"

Tsunade was just chilling hin her chair.

After being in coma for a few weeks, Tdunade was feeling more alive than ever.

No more paperwork! Freedom.

But that doesn't mean it was a good sign.

Quite the opposite, it was a bad sign.

It meant the war is coming soon.

Every village started to prepare their selves for this.

As she was drinking her cup of tea, a small knock on her door was heard.

"Enter!" She said while she went back to her tea.

"Oi!" A older version of Naruto said.

Tsunade almost choked.

"What the-"

"So this is what the village looked like when I wasn't around?" Another voice, that was heard behind the older version of Naruto said.

"Well, not exactly. This is after the Pein attack."

"Oh, I see. I've heard that you fought against all six Peins and you won."

"Yeah! I even got the real Pein to be on our side!"

"You course you did that..."

Tsunade looked at Naruto and then at this person who seemed to look like Sasuke then once again at Naruto then back at Sasuke.

"What the hell?!"

"Oh right! We came after Boruto and Sarada."

"Hey dad! The Hokage summoned us!" Boruto said while entering Ichirakus.

"Urgh, what does the old hag want this time?"

"Like I know! Sarada went after Sakura."

"Okay, let's go!"

As they walked towards the Hokage building (or tent. I don't remember) they saw Hinata who was heading there aswell.

"Hmm? Oh! Hinata! Wait for us!"

"I was looking for you two! Let's go to Lady Tsunade."

When they finally reached the Hokage building they saw Sarada with Sakura there aswell.

"Oh! Sakura! How are you?"

"I'm good! How about you Hinata?"

"I'm-"

"Do you guys think she will give us a mission or something?" Naruto asked really excited.

"Baka! We need to wait! Now be patient!"

Sarada sensed something odd. Something familiar but she wasn't very sure about it.

"Enter!" Tsunade yelled.

As they all entered, both Sarada and Boruto were shocked.

"P-papa?!"

"Dad?"

Sarada started to shake. She couldn't stay in one place anymore. She ran in her fathers arms.

"PAPA!"

Boruto turned around to see a very shocked Sakura and Naruto. And his mom almost fainting.

Boruto walked slowly towards his father.

He made eye contact with him then-

Here is chapter 29! I know, I know. I didn't told you guys that the end was near but you had to see that.

I don't have much more time go finish this story since it's finally November and in one month Once in a Lifetime sequel comes out.

But don't worrie. It's not over yet.

I want to end this story at 35 chapters.
