James is walking towards me. He waits and stops a good two feet in front of me. Before he can speak I beat him to it.

The words "What's good? "  shoot out my mouth. Who am I? Nicki Minaj! I'm not gonna lie I'm Shocked I said that, but I'm not gonna show it.

"Damn and here I was coming to apologize" James chuckles.

Lord give me a minute I'm still recovering from my little Nicki outburst. Did he just chuckle?  Does he want to apologize?

"I was mad rude last night, and I want to apologize to you." 

"Really?"

"Thugs honor," he says raising his right arm.

I laugh a little, some thug he is.
"Okay, um I'm sorry too." I'm not really sorry but it filled the awkward silence.

"Don't be. It was completely my fault that was no way to treat a lady" James says eyeing me for the hundredth time.

I wanna tell him that I'm not sorry and that it was his fault but instead I say "it's cool."

"So since the Audi is a two-seater  and we're cool now you should ride with me?"

"Yeah um okay," I say before I can talk myself out it. Maybe fuck it should be my new mantra.

"So you guys good?" Keith asks

"Yeah, we're good," I say

Mory riding with me James announces. I look at him but he just looks straight ahead with a smirk locked on his face.

Come on you guys let's go Ali says. I can't help but laugh as she tries to get in the car.  She is so short. Even though she's wearing heels  Keith has to give her a boast into the G wagon. I notice how everyone is ready.  No turning back now. James opens the door for me another shocker.

Once we're in the car buckled up James tells me to relax.  Which I surprisingly do a little.  I'm not nervous just anxious. 

Breathe Morgan take it easy  I tell myself.  Chill and enjoy yourself, now I'm good.

"Here let's see if I can trust you," James says passing me the Aux plug. Energy by Drake was playing when he pulled up. I figure he's more into mainstream rap. So I decided to change the mood. I play childish Gambino's, Money Baby. 

This is my song so of course, I'm gonna sing it.

James must know this song because he's rapping it too. We were following Keith and the girls. It's a good thing James knows his way to the club because we get stopped by a red light and lose them.

While waiting for the light to turn green James turns to me and starts rapping. "She said I'm go eat her attitude so diva got a big place like Scarface, treat her ass like Elvira.
