-I fluttered my eyes open as my name being called over and over again. The light appeared brighter than I'd expected making my head hurt. I slammed my eyes shut until I felt hands around my torso and I was gently picked up.
"Louis," the girl said. "Are you alright, love?"
I recognized the posh voice from anywhere, it was Danny. I opened my eyes and swatted her hands away from my body. Only a few had their eyes on me as I finally regained my balance. This always happens and she's already around when it does.
"Do you need to see the nurse?" The teacher asked.
"No, no I'm fine," I huffed.
I saw Danny looking at me with a sly smile, not believing anything I said at this point. I wobbled a little as I stood.
"I'll take him to the nurse, sir," Danny spoke.
"Very well, be on your way. Dismissed," the teacher spoke.
Danny placed her arm around my shoulder as we walked to the nurse. I knew she was trying to help, but this is her fault! It's always her fault! While walking into the office, I sat down on the chair that I've sat down in way too many times.
"Hello Mr. Tomlinson and Ms. Cowell, what seems to be the problem this time?" The woman in white asked. She's always the woman in white. I never found interest in learning her name.
I thought for a second and came to the conclusion that I'm not going to tell her what happened this time. It's Danny's fault that I even fainted again. If it wasn't for her and her joking around, I wouldn't be here for the millionth time.
"He passed out again," Danny spoke due to my absence of words. "He had another panic attack."
"Do we need to call your guardian?"
"That will be necessary," Danny said.
"No, no, no," I finally spoke, "I just need some water thank you, and a pill."
"Very well, as you please," the woman in white spoke. She got on her feet and stood on her toes to get the cup from the top shelf. "Here you are."
I took the folded paper and drunk the liquid, tasting the pill she crushed into it. It gave me the energy I needed. Danny watched me closely as I finished. I gave the nurse the cup and she gladly threw it away.
"I am not allowing you to participate in workouts today, you need rest. I am calling your guardian," the women spoke.
"I'm well," I reassured.
"May you remind me of your age sir?" The nurse asked.
"Twelve," Danny being one year younger but her birthday in a couple weeks.
"You're not well," the nurse contradicted.
"Do you know who his brother is?" Danny spoke.
"No, no I do not. I don't see why that is relevant to this situation."
"Lucas Tomlinson," Danny spoke.
I don't understand why she is speaking of my brother. He is just a guy. Just like she is a girl and I am a guy. My brother is not special.
"What is the point you are trying to make?"
"His brother has power. He signs very important paychecks. I advise you to not call his alcoholic father."
The nurse was taken back from Danny's outburst. "Very well. If you please, Ms. Cowell. Dismissed," she finally said.
