In one of Jack J's Instagram pics, Gilinsky's arm is around Madison and Johnson is looking down.
So maybe he was upset that Gilinsky was with her and not him.
Yes I know that he said thanks to her, but he put her name after Jake's, so he could have been thinking of not putting her name at all, but then thought it was rude not to put her name and didn't want anyone suspecting anything.

The caption of this was "Thank you Jack and Madison for killing it with us tonight! And thanks to you guys Omaha!! (I have mad blisters from drumming too much and I look like ima fight somebody)
He said "I have MAD blisters". Mad is short for Madison... Maybe he was trying to say that Madison was giving him "blisters", like an injury, because she is dating Gilinsky and he isn't. He could have just made up an excuse saying it was from drumming, but he put the "mad" in there, also...
