He's saying that he's gay/bi and it's up to you if you like gay/bi people or not, but he can't change the fact that he is gay/bi, because it's not a choice.
Also within the same hour he tweeted "Wow I had a fantastic dream last night"
This dream could have been about him and Gilinsky having sex, which reminded him that he can't change that he's gay/bi.
Remember that these are just how I see something, and a lot of them are supposed to be funny but also make a little sense, to make you wonder:)
