Land Before Swine

*Priya's POV*

"Bill, please calm down." I sigh while I watch the angry dorito demon floating back and forth. It was 2 in the morning as Bill and I were in the mindscape. I was outside of the shack, sitting on the roof while I rest my head on my hand, hearing disgruntle grunts coming from my boyfriend. Apparently Bill is still mad that the Summerween Trickster almost ate me, this has been going on since yesterday.

"No I'm not gonna calm down!!! I told that idiot to not eat you!!" Bill yells as he turns a brighter shade of red. A red fireball appears in his hand as he throws it at a tree, catching on fire. At least we are in the mindscape so the burning tree wasn't actually burning.

"Bill, it's over with, the Trickster is dead." I tell him as he floats next to me.

"He better be." Bill grumbles angrily, making me sigh. I softly grab both his hands, giving me a reassuring squeeze.

"Bill look, I'm right here, safe and sound, okay? I'm not going anywhere." I tell him reassuringly. Bill looks at me for a few seconds and then turns into his human form and hugs me tightly. I hug him back as I notice him turning back to his yellow color self.

And we just stayed like that for a few hours, me resting my head on his chest as Bill has one arm wrapped around me protectively and the other running his fingers in my hair. I open my eyes slowly and look at my phone next to Bill, seeing that it was 9 in the morning. I try to stand up but Bill tightens his hold around me.

"Bill, cmon. I need to wake up now." I tell him as he groans.

"No, I don't want to leave you." Bill counters back.

"Bill you will see me later on again today. You always do." I reassure him, smiling softly.

"Can't you stay in the mindscape for a few more hours?" He questions, giving me many kisses on my face while I laugh lightly.

"The twins will think something is wrong if I stayed asleep for a few more hours." I tell him as Bill groans and finally lets go of me while we stand up.

To be honest, I didn't want to leave Bill but the twins will be worried about me if I didn't wake up.

"Alright, I gotta go." I tell him, smiling slightly. He floats up and smiles back lovingly at me as he cups my cheeks with his hands and kisses me. I smile into the kiss while wrap my arms around his neck. We eventually part as I smile lovingly at him.

"Okay bye Bill." I tell him.

"Bye my love." He says sadly. Soon, the dream ends and I wake up inside me and the twin's bedroom. I yawn as I sit up from my bed and see the twins getting up as well.

"Morning Priya!" They both say happily.

"Morning guys. You want some of my famous pancakes for breakfast?" I ask them.

"Yes!!" They both say happily as I laugh at the two.

It was the afternoon now as I walk downstairs to the gift shop when I notice Mabel dancing with Waddles on top of the table.

"Uh, Mabel what are you doing?" I ask her in slight confusion but also interest.

"Dancing! C'mon Priya join us!" Mabel says happily. I just shrug as I join them and we start to dance like idiots. We soon got tired as Mabel and I collapse on the floor, Waddles walking over to us as he licks our hands.
