Welcome Back (Short Story)

Luci stared at the door impatiently. Today was the day Karu was supposed to be back from his trip to Japan. He had been gone for only a week but so much had changed.

Luci had now been waiting by the door for three hours, and he was starting to get worried for Karu. The Japanese boy was supposed to be back three hours ago.

Luci looked up when he heard the door open, grinning happily at the person he saw before him.

Black hair, red eyes, tattoos and all, there stood Karu. Luci got up and walked over to Karu, looking down at him.

"Your late." He scolded jokingly.

Karu rolled his eyes, extending his arms.

"Just shut up and hug me."

Luci grinned, hugging his friend, whom hugged back tightly. Luci picked the Japanese boy up, putting him over his shoulder. He carried the Japanese boy to the living room, sitting down and putting Karu in his lap.

Karu chuckled when Luci huggled him.

"Miss me?"

Luci rolled his eyes, nodding.

"Si, I did. Got a problem with it?"

Karu laughed.

"Nope, no problem whatsoever."

Luci grinned and spent the rest of the day cuddling with Karu.
