I Remember

••Alex's POV••

"Gilinsky is Jack here?" I asked as he opened the door
"No I haven't seen him." He replied
"Why you ok?" He asked I sighed and nodded
"Then what's up?" He asked
"I remember." I smiled at him
"Really? He's gonna be so happy." He smiled
"Yea that's why I wanted to see him." I replied he nodded
"Well maybe he woke up and didn't want to bug you so he left." He said

"What? Jack he didn't sleep over last night." I said to him he looked at me with a puzzled expression
"But he texted me saying he was staying over....look." He said showing me the message
"Well he didn't, he said he couldn't." I said to him
"Well he didn't sleep here last night." He mumbled
"Then where could he be?" I asked
"I have no clue." He shrugged

"Come in, he has to come home sometime." He said opening the door
"Ok." I sighed and nodded
"Hey." Sammy said walking down I nodded
"She remembers." Gilinsky said to him making him smile
"That's amazing." He said
"But why aren't you happy?" He asked
"Well I wanted to tell Jack but he's not here, and Gilinsky said that he slept over at my house but he didn't." I said to him

"He must be upset." Sammy sighed
"About?" I asked
"Well before he went to hang out with you he told me that he missed you, that even though you weren't gone you didn't remember what you guys had." He explained
"He's sad then." I frowned
"I have to find him." I said opening the door
"And where are you gonna look?" Gilinsky asked

"I don't know, but I love him and he needs to know that." I said walking out. Where could be?
I groaned as nothing came to mind
Come on Jack
"Jack." I groaned running my hand through my hair. I took out my phone and touched his contact. I cursed as it went straight to voice mail
"Jay, please pick up, Gilinsky told me you didn't sleep at your house last night when you told me you were, please." I said before ending the call

"Hey what's wrong?" Jeannie asked as her and Maddy walked over
"Jack, nobody knows where he's at." I said to them
"Well I haven't seen him since the hospital." Maddy said
"By the way do you remember?" Jeannie asked I nodded
"I want to talk to him, Sammy said he was sad because I didn't remember about us and now I'm starting to feel guilty." I frowned

"Alex it isn't your fault you couldn't remember, even Jack knows that." Maddy said
"I just wish I knew where he was so I could hug him." I replied
"Then we'll look for him, it's not like he just disappeared." Jeannie said
"But where are we gonna look exactly?" I asked them
"Well where would he always go when you guy where still friends?" Maddy asked

"I don't remember." I mumbled they looked at me
"Nah I'm kidding follow me." I said crossing the street
"Where are we going?" Jeannie asked
"To the park." I said to them. Once we got there I looked at the third tree from the swing set. I frowned when I saw he wasn't sitting there like he would always be when he was sad

"Jack?!" I yelled running towards his tree. His parents had been fighting a lot lately and they called me saying they couldn't find him. Once they said that I knew exactly where he would be. I looked up to see Jack sitting on a branch looking up at the sky in deep thought
"Jack please come down!" I yelled he looked down and sighed. He climbed down and looked at me. I instantly wrapped my arms around his neck
