I saw you the other day
I know you saw me too
You just even bother to really look
I didn't know I was longing for you
I didn't know we silently grew apart that day
I stood there silently
My emotions blanketed by another
I can't help but feel sad and disappointed
Even I tried to put a smile
I cannot really cheat my own heart
It's obnoxious
As always
I know I am nothing but an acquaintance
I am nothing but a shadow lurking, following when you don't look
I know you didn't even notice the sadness I am going through
And you would never know
It is all because of you
Why would you anyway
I am nothing but an obnoxious acquaintance.
