Teenager

I act like a teenager
An accusation from someone who is not a stranger

I stand my ground when heard this phrase
Perhaps I am still a teenager at heart in my own phase.

I giggle, I stare, I even feel my heartbeat thud at the mention of your name
Feel my sweat grow cold whenever you are there.

These feelings I shouldn't be feeling at my current age
I hate it
This feeling of teenager isn't right for me

Strange I have not felt this during my teenage years
The year of flirting, ogling, staring, glancing
I did not enjoy

I did not dare to look for someone else aside for him
So I did not enjoy the rollercoaster ride of teenagers even for just a short time

I was satisfied with him
Confident I have him
Then in the end my confidence is not enough at all.
