I started doing everything I could to hint to Mark that I was pregnant. Looking at baby clothes when we went to stores, only calling him baby, those kinds of things, but he NEVER got it! I love him to pieces but God he can be so oblivious!
~Time skip to that night~
I decided to try ONE MORE THING! But after that, if he still doesn't get it, I'm gonna just flat out tell him. I makes a dinner of baby corn, baby carrots, and baby back ribs in hopes he'll understand.
I bring it out to Mark to the table and say
"Here baby, I made dinner." He smiles and says
"So we have here baby corn, baby carrots, and baby-"he cuts off. He looks at me with wide eyes and says
"Kaylee...are you pregnant?" I smile widely and say
"Yes, I'm pregnant, and it took you forevvvver to get my hints!" I giggle a bit.
He smiles widely and starts crying and hugging me while quietly saying
'I'm a dad.'
