I'm not sorry for what I did, popularity is something everyone wants. Rachelle and Tyler approached me after school, a proposition, take Lilly to prom, bring her outside at 9 and I will be allowed into their group. I was more than happy to accept. I mean, a girl over popularity? What do they think I am, a idiot?
But the fact she spat at me is quite unnerving, she would do exactly what I did if she was in my position. Right?
It's not like I disliked her or anything, but somethings are more important than girls. They will understand, she always does.
"Wait guys are we just going to leave her?" I asked, watching Rachelle and her minions run around like headless chickens in panic.
"She's dead! What have we done!" Rachelle screeched, shaking Tyler's shoulders. Tyler looked as if he was in a trance, watching his little sister bleed out, not averting his attention from her limp form.
"Guys lets just get out of here. She didn't deserve to live anyway." A jock spoke up, leading the group away from the dying girl. I cast one more look at Lilly before following them.
