A few weeks after Russia
"No Angelo, i am not going to Italy with you!" I grumble over the phone, much to Angel's protests.
"But Poison, I told my family you were going to be there! Come oooonnnn!" Rolling my eyes, I strode down the street lamp lit road.
After Russia we were given a weeks notice and as I have already visited my dear, dear family. I thought, being the nice and considerate person I am, I should let them settle down for a bit. For now.
Angelo on the other hand, was going to go see his family. Unlike mine, his family loved him. You're probably thinking, why did he leave then? Well, they loved him but that didn't stop his life from being a mess. His brother was a druggie who regularly put Angel in harms way for more drugs. And his dad was an alcoholic, who is now sober. In fact, Castelo, sold Angel at one point, for more drugs, that's how he disappeared.
I met his family a few years back. They all know what happened to Angelo, they disowned his brother for it, and so Angel came back and told them he was alive. To say his family is fond of me is a bit of an understatement.
"Angel, I can't just-" pausing, I glanced down the alleyway. There in the dim unlit passageway was two men, one cowering down on the floor and the other throwing punches at him. The cowering man was quickly loosing blood, I noted.
"Angel, I will be right back." I whisper firmly, Ignoring his constant whining.
Shoving my phone into my pocket I followed the sounds of pain.
"Get in my face one more time punk and I will-" the buff one, threatened but I cut him off.
"You will what? Kill him. You bullies need to become more creative, really. It's getting boring." I taunted, placing my hands on my hips.
"And what can I do for you, lovely lady?" Looking me up and down shamelessly, rolling my eyes, let's get on with it.
"Leave the boy be mate and we won't have a problem." I said with a sickening sweet tone, approaching the man.
"Sorry lady but isn't this a bit dangerous for some one like- OOF!" My fist connected with his face, he went to retaliate but by that time I had scaled the walls, jumping from one to the other and wrapping my legs around his neck. I dived, twisting my body, effectively snapping his neck.
"Someone like me?" I smiled sadistically at the unmoving lump that was a man.
"L-l-Lilly?" I swung my head round only to come face to face with a bleeding Tyler.
"Oh, if I had realised it was you I would have let him kill you." I snarled, waltzing towards the lamp light but halted when I felt someone grasp at my wrist.
"P-please Lilly, help me." I couldn't help but feel deja vu at this request.
"Funny, I remember saying those words to my brother once, oh yes, he then proceeded to smashing my head into the floor and running off with his so called 'friends'. Maybe I should follow in the steps of brother dearest, it seemed to work out for him just fine." I growled, ripping his hand from my wrist but I couldn't stop my eyes running over his broken and bleeding nose. Next his black eye, bulging and already forming blue and black.
"Don't take a note from your brother then, he was a fool and what he did will haunt him for the rest of his life. Don't be him, Lilly." He helplessly tugged at my arm. I cursed under my breath before slinging his arm around my shoulders.
I am so going to need councilling to see if there's something wrong with me after this, helping the brother who left you no killed you.
Absolutely weak. This is not how my revenge was meant to go.
But we all have our weaknesses I guess, I thought mine was Angel but it seems I have a soft spot for poltroons.
"I will get you home but I'm not going any further." I snarled, my icy tone sending shivers down his spine.
"No. Anywhere but home. Since you left, mum and dad have hated me. They won't even talk to me." He murmured, unable to reach my eyes.
I groaned, unable to reply to that. The irony of this situation huh?
"I don't care, you aren't staying with me that's for god damned sure." I spat through gritted teeth as I trudged out of the alleyway, my brother in tow.
"W-where a-am I-i supposed to do n-now?" Tyler whimpered, sniffling slightly at the prospect of being alone. I rolled my eyes at his childish snivelling.
"Home, I don't care if your parents hate you, I don't want your sorry ass weighing me down." I announced, venom seeping through my tone.
"p-please Lil-ly, at l-least d-drop me at my-y f-friends house." He wiped his snotty nose on my very expensive clothing. Disgusted, I had half a mind to shove him back into the grime and filth of the alleyway and waltz away from the trash.
"Do that again and I will make sure you pay for it." I hissed, my face still frozen in a disgusted grimace.
"S-sorry lil." I ignored the nickname while shoving him into my car, wiping my hands off on my jeans, disgust still plain on my face.
Without another word, I stepped on the pedal, sending my beautiful Ferrari roaring down the road. Occasionally however, my eyes darted to the bleeding boy.
My lips twisted up into a sadistic smile, well, it seems that he's been keeping himself in trouble without my help. In a way, assisting me in my life goal.
"Here." He gestured to a honey coloured two floored detached house, I jerked the steering wheel towards the house, successfully swerving into the driveway.
"Thank y-"
"Get out."
He stuttered under my intense gaze, sliding out of my rather expensive and beloved car. I scrunched up my nose at the metallic pungent stench of blood emanating from the passenger seat.
Well that's going to be a few hours of my life gone to scrubbing out that.
Tyler's hunched form bristled as he rapidly knocked on the painted door. A girl appeared at the doorframe only seconds later.
Typical.
I averted my scowl from the retreating figures and began to reverse. Until I saw something rather interesting.
A scene unfolding only a few houses down from where I was parked peeked my interest, and before I could stop, my lips curled into a malicious smirk.
My fingers grasped the cold metal of my phone, pressing it to my ear.
"Angel, come back, it seems we have unfinished business."
