Please prepare yourself for this chapter, it has dark dark themes, so take a deep breath before you read this.

Octavius has been ranked #910 in the werewolf category! I literally love everyone who reads this story!

I want to scream, I want to rip his arms from his body like a child with an old doll. But I want to let go, I want to let his hands grasp the air from my lungs and the blood from my veins and allow me to disappear into the beckoning arms in the sky. Everything is still but frantic, beads of dust floating softly under the florescent light. I imagine myself as that speck of dust, tiny and inconsequential, and beautifully calm; a particle hidden in shadows and revealed by sunshine.

My vision is a sea of black and white, flashing colors I cannot name and beams of light escape through the forest of my lashes, and I want to close my eyes. I want to sink into a lifeless ocean, falling like a sinking ship, without hope of resurfacing.

But in the back of my mind, I hear a voice, his voice. The song of his tone, the deep notes flowing like fingers at the end of a grand piano. The silk and lace of his voice pressing against my skin, a comfort like no other.

"I'm not going to let anything happen to you this time."

Why did he promise that? Why would be crucify himself with a covenant filled with uncertainties? Why did we have to live this life?

We were almost a family, I could have had my fantasy, the tall, dark haired father holding a ink-haired toddler, laughing, happy. Perfect.

But then I remember Titan's statement. Of the life living inside of me. The body of love growing day by day. My child.

If I let myself sink into death, I condemn my child. I will be punishing the innocence of those blue eyes, which never had a chance to look upon the world.

Goddess, give me strength.

A bright yellow light appears around me again, and a divine adrenaline fills my veins, pulsing to my slowing heart, and I take a gasp of air.

"No."

With a burst of strength, I rip apart the ties around my body, and I wrap my hand around Titan's that rests around my neck.

"What the-" He gasps, and his grip on my skin loosens enough for me to get away from his hold.

I am a ball of fire, my skin glowing with a golden shine.

"No." I whisper, and I advance on Titan.

"What are you?" He whispers, before his brow tightens and he advances as well.

He makes a swipe with his claws, his eyes full of rage and horror. But I dodge his strike, and I let out a beastly howl.

I let my claws come out, and my canines to emerge, and I jump.

I land on the ground with Titan, and we wrestle back and forth for control. He manages to land on top of me, and land a slash on my chest. I scream slightly, but I ignore the piercing pain and retaliate.

I latch my teeth onto his neck, my teeth sinking deep into his sweat covered skin. His howl is ear-shattering, and he grabs my hair, tearing me away from his body. He stands, holding me above him, the blood from my chest slowly dripping down onto his eyes, but he doesn't blink away from the crimson drops.

"Courageous, Alessandra. But foolish. I'm going to bury you alive."

I squirm against his hold, grabbing at my screaming hair. I swipe down at his face, but he just sets a triumphant and sadistic smirk on his lips. I want to tear them from his face.
