We've all experienced it. We find a cover maker, trailer maker, editor, etc. You ask if he\she can help you. They say, ''Sure. Give me a bit!'' Sometimes this means, ''I don't think so. Maybe in a month or two.''
This doesn't get people to like you. Which means:
1: Be honest. If you're busy and can't, then say so.
2: Or you could always just lie, and keep people happy with you! (Sarcasm)
Now that doesn't mean you people who need help should freak on them. Usually, they're probably just busy, so don't go nuts! They have lives to! Your tip:
BE NICE! DON'T GO PSYCHO!
