We've all done it, and sometimes, it's hard to keep up. It's hard to get everything right. But try your best!
I read a book the other day that had a character that was 15. Or at least I think he was 15. His age kept changing. He was 14... and 16... and 17... and even 13...
No, this wasn't a flashback book. It all took place in the same time period. But the author didn't have their facts straight.
GET IT RIGHT! Harsh...
If it helps, keep a notebook. Plan it out. Make a summary, and if you ever need guidance:
LOOK BACK TO YOUR NOTES!
That's what I, and many other authors do. And trust me, it helps! I have to look back a lot! Stupid bad memory... Now what was I talking about again?...
