Dear Dad,

Today Mom was yelling at you. Seungcheol hyung, Hansol and I were so scared. Seungcheol hyung tried to be strong and told us stories as a distraction from all your yelling, but he was crying as he did so.

I didn't listen to him. I listened to your yelling. What happened, Mom? Dad? What were you guys arguing about?

I heard things like "money" and "future" and "fame" and so, I thought you were arguing about mom complaining that you bought a ridiculous machine for your studies again.

But no, I was wrong.

You packed your things and left.

There were a few more chapters in dad's journals that I read, the rest of them left with small pictures that were fading, and the different types of feathers that he collected.

Strange. One of them was exactly the same to the ones I used to find.

The last few pages in his diary were three small pictures, burnt at the edges that only a small specks pale colour were left.

There was a familiar statue in one of the pictures. I noticed it.

It was the statue in dad's library, hidden in Seungcheol hyung's cafe.

I think I finally figured it out.
