How will I live again? What will become of my heart?
Here I am and there you are;
We live in two different universes, but we transcended what it means to be close.
We buried our secrets under the earth, and you saved me from drowning in sorrow's quick sand.
At last! I was found! My heart had a home to return to.
Then, the waves came, reaching for shore, and grabbed our body of love. Yes, the selfish, horrid ocean came and stole our love, wanting to keep it for himself.
I tirelessly searched the shore for the love that I longed for, but I never found it again. I prayed, hoping for my love to return...
" God's great sea, please return the other half of me. What shall I do without it?"
