Chapter 26

Pulling up my bottoms, I button my jean shorts before putting my sunglasses on my head. Grabbing my phone I walk out of my room and head for the kitchen.

"I get to choose what we do." I hear Jack yelling.

"No I do." Libby yells back.

Turning the corner I see Libby looking up at him with her hands on her hips. Jack is looking down at her trying to copy her stance. If only he knew that he looked stupid fighting with a little girl. "Libby you get to choose okay." I tell her while grabbing an apple.

Libby turns around to me with the happiest expression on her face. "Really?"

"Yeah." Knowing Jack we would end up at a nude beach.

Jack sticks his tongue out at Libby as she dances around the room excited. "To the volcanoes. we go." I don't think Libby nor Jack and Sebastian need to be around anything deadly.

Did she just say volcanoes? I thought she would want to go to some kid place not a volcano. "On second thought maybe Jack can choose were we go today."

"But Arabella." Libby whines as I munch on my apple. "You said I could choose and I want to go to the volcanoes." Libby bounces around the room pouting.

"It's okay Libby your sister is a wuss." Who does he think he is? I thought he wanted to choose what we do today? Now he is switching sides?

"I don't feel like going to visit a volcano I'm sorry." I tell him sarcastically.

"Good morning everyone." The slide door opens and in walk Leo and Rose.

Glancing at the clock I notice it is getting late. "Morning, where's everyone else?" We need to leave now if they want to go somewhere.

"Outside waiting on all of you." Well then why are we waiting here? Grabbing my things I walk outside the house getting on the boat. Walking towards the deck I sit next to Alex and put my legs in his lap. Pulling my sunglasses over my eyes I lean back taking a deep breath.

Feels like paradise.

"How did you sleep?" He asks.

"Fine." I just want to relax.

Alex and I sit in silence for a while soaking in the sun. Gosh why can't it be like this all the time back home? I wonder what it would be like to live here. What would life in Hawaii be like? Swimming all the time, beach hair, and tanning with sunscreen of course.

"What do we have here, the baby went crying to her little prince." I groan as I open my eyes. Libby soon joins him in taunting me.

"I just don't like heights Sebastian. Leave it okay." What person in their right mind wants to go to a volcano? a freaking volcano. I don't care if they say it is dormant or it hasn't erupted in years that is a first time for everything.

"Come on, a volcano seems so cool." Noting is cool about a volcano.

"You're fine on an airplane." Libby says putting her hands on her hips.

Why can't they just let it go? "Let's put it this way. We are all up on the volcano, and suddenly it decides to erupt and then boom we're all dead." I say dramatically using my hands.

"Then we will die together." Alex says earning a glare from me. "What it would be romantic wouldn't it?" What is wrong with his boy? The boat suddenly starts and pulls off from the dock.
