CH 27 TOM-AND-JERRY

The door opened to reveal an old man with grey hair
"Greetings The Royal Alpha" he bowed to his and turned to me "greetings, Potentate"
"Tom, she is The Royal Regina" Ashton spoke authoritively
Tom's face smiled happily as he got down on his knees. He put his head down and held his hand "Please except my greetings, The Royal Regina"
"You don't have to get down on your knees! Oh my... You look old! Is that even safe? Are you okay? Get up, get up" I took his hand pulled him up
"It's an honor to be cared by The Royal Regina herself and yes, I am perfectly alright" he smiled brighter

"One question though. I wanted to know if you found jerry?" I asked
"Jerry?" he asked me, confused
"Yes Tom! Jerry"
"Ohhhh, no I didn't" he sighed sadly then laughed out a bit
"Tsk! Don't worry, now that I am here we both will find jerry together"
He just laughed and let us in

"Who is jerry?" Ashton whispered to me
"Jerry! Tom and Jerry?! Don't you dare tell me you don't know!" I started at him
"Errr... Yeah, I know" he answered
"Okay, I'll believe you if you tell what it is" I challenged

I saw Tom's body get stiff for a second then normal when Ashton answered "Cartoon on cartoon network"
"I should have added without telepathy" I stamped his leg and walked in
"Told you, that would have hurted if I were human"
I saw Veronica standing infront of me with a smile
"Right! Ver, can I please borrow your hammer? I want to accidentally drop it on someone's leg"
She just shook her head and laughed then said "Sorry, that someone is my brother"

"And my Uncle" a very cute voice spoke but when those beautiful green eyes saw me they hid behind Veronica's legs
I dropped on my knees and called out "Hi, little one"
His tiny structure hid completely

"Sorry Rachel, that's my son. He is very shy. He never speak to someone whom he doesn't know"
"Son? You look rather young for a child" I looked at her
"When you said my skin is pale and that I could be a vampire, well....." she let me guess the rest

I swallowed

"What is Vampire, mumma?" he asked from below
"Nothing kiddo" she bent down a little and ruffled his honey blond hair. His eyes diverted from his mom to my eyes
"If you come to me then I'll give you two chocolates" I took out 2 chocolates from my bag and showed him
He took a step forward but waited so I took out another one. I know, I know! It's the third one but kids are always more than normal people. They are too special

He came running to me but before he could take it I took my hand back. He looked at me and pounted his pink lips
"First your name then I will give you chocolates"
"William" he answered
"Hi, William i am Rachel" then I gave him chocolate while he hugged me tight "Thanks" he whispered

"Usually, when he gets the chocolate he runs away but he hugged you! That's a new" I heard Ashton whisper

William ran to his mom and and they walked to the kitchen to keep the chocolates in fridge. Though he wanted to eat all at once but Veronica asked him not to and lead him to kitchen
I took time to observe the living room

"What I had heard from rumors were that you don't give anyone more than two chocolates. So why was William an exception?" Ashton asked
"Simple, he's a kid. I just love them" I answered then asked "May I ask why you were spying on me Mr Danvers?"
"You are my mate so I ought to know everything about you Miss Wilander. I wish I was a kid then you would have loved me" his face feel
"If you were a kid then I would have loved you but I couldn't have been in love with you" I replied

"Ashton, I was waiting fo- who is she! Please keep your one night stand out of this house" I saw a 40+ women coming into the living room with a smile but it went to walk as soon as she saw me "Who are you?" she asked me "Mom!" Ashton walked to her and hugged her
She hugged him back but was glaring at me all the time
