Chapter 12: Spirited Models

"For the third battle, we have two former pin-up models, Mirajane Strauss vs Jenny Realight!"

"I have a feeling that this isn't going to be a battle..." Eris sighed.

"I'm back." Lisanna walked up to the rest of you after she had checked up on Elfman. She said that he was totally beat up but he was okay.

Cana then told everyone that Jenny was incredibly popular, and that she was voted "Number One Wizard I Want to Date Her" in the Weekly Sorcerer.

"I heard that she really looked up to Mira-nee and wanted to be a model like her," said Lisanna.

Mira and Jenny were on the battlefield, and they started to glow after she said that. Soon after, Carla had recovered, and joined you, Eris, Lily, and Happy.

"Hey, you're back." you grinned.

"Have you recovered?" Lily asked.

"Carla! I was so worried about you!" Happy cried out, waving is arms up and down. He suddenly jumped at her, but she moved her head and he ended up face-planting on the edge of the booth.

"The match has already started, right?" Carla asked.

"Uh...yeah...about that..." you let out an awkward laugh.

Carla faced the opponents and shouted, "Mirajane! Do your best一"

She froze and looked dumbfounded. Makarov and the rest of the men were looking at girls like they were eye candy. You and Eris sighed in disbelief.

Mira and Jenny were having a pin-up contest in front of everyone. They used their transformation magic to change into different kinds of bikinis. All the men in the stadium were having blood rush down their noses, along eyes popping out of their heads.

"Like this?" Mira asked with a pose and men on one side of the arena screamed and cheered.

"Hey~" Jenny said seductively in a different pose, and all the men on the other side were cheering and shouting, while many of them were whistling.

"Nani?! What the hell is this?" You heard Natsu and Gray shout in disbelief. You saw the group looking at them in surprise, and Wendy gazed at them with fear.

"Well since they're both former pinup models...I guess that they're doing a battle of looks..." you sweat dropped.

Lily nodded his head. "An irregular rule turned into a cheesecake showdown..."

Carla crossed her arms and thought the match was despicable. Mira and Jenny started talking about how they agreed to do the pinup showdown and Mira said that if they resolve it peacefully, all the better it would be. Chapati started talking about how this battle became a dream come true.

"I, Chapati Rola, a judge with Yajima-san and Jason, take this as a big responsibility," Chapati said.

"Both of them are two cool beauties!" Jason cried out, trying to hold in his excitement.

"Well, the next swimsuit will be一"

"Hold it!" A voice shouted.

Everyone looked in the direction of the voice and saw three figures. "It wont do if these pretty girls get everyone's attention! When it comes to strength as well as beauty, Mermaid Heel is always wins!"

You saw Risley Law, Beth Vanderwood, and Arania Webb sitting on the ground with a pose. More men started to shout and cheer. But the event was just getting started.

"You people don't have enough love! If you can please the crowd with just swimsuits, you are gravely wrong!" All of you saw two more figures jump in to the arena. You recognized the emphasized "love", which meant Sherry and Cherria Blendi had joined the battle.
