I wake up to the sound of a scream.

“What the hell is going on?!?!” Katniss yells

My eyelids flutter up.

“What?” I whisper.

I let my eyes focus. I’m laid in a bed in an unfamiliar room.

“Where am I?” I ask, panicked.

Tobias comes over and sits on the edge of my bed. I sit up and wrap my duvet around me. I go and sit by Tobias, my feet tucked under me.

“Tobias, I’m scared.” I say and I hide my head in his shoulder so he can’t see my childish tears.

He must feel them though, because he puts his arm around me and pulls me into him.

“It’s alright, Tris.” He says, and I feel my tears spill over.

“Where are we, Tobias?” I wonder aloud.

“I…I’m not sure.” He admits and a tear rolls down my cheek.

“I want to go home.” I say in a small voice and fall against Tobias’s chest, hiding my tears.

I can vaguely hear Katniss and Peeta, but not where they’re saying as their voices are hushed. I hear a door open and spring back from Tobias in shock, rubbing my eyes quickly. It’s the dark-haired boy from the church. Turns out I needn’t have bothered rubbing my tears away as his eyes are red and swelled from crying too.

“Hey, I’m Alec. Come with me.” He says and starts to leave.

I don’t move.

“Now!” He adds impatiently and Tobias, Katniss, Peeta and I follow him in silence.
