Chapter 19

Colby POV

I hate Cody. I hate him. I hate him. I hate him.

I thought we were friends.

Yet Luna let him..... UGHH

I thought she liked me..no..no..

I'm obviously wrong. She must like Cody.

I pulled up to a red light and propped my arm up on the door, leaning my head on my hand.

I wanted to pull over and scream out in pain..

This hurts so bad.

Cody betrayed me.. and then Luna..

My chest felt as if burning nails were digging into it.

Feeling dizzy, I clutched the wheel.

Why am I even freaking out..? We weren't even together.. It's her life..

Just why does it hurt so bad?

Luna POV

We finally got back to the apartment. When we stepped inside, I headed off into our room.

As soon as I got inside I knew something was off.

Observing the area, I found multiple differences with Colby's side of the room

A hole was directly next to Colby's bed. Plaster mixed in with the carpet.

Colby's sheets were everywhere.. He probably had a hard time after I left.

Along his bed were papers. My hospital information.

Curiosity got the best of me as I leaned over the papers.

Maybe I can..have a look...

Swiftly grabbing them, I shoved them into my bag.

I moved into the bathroom and pulled them back out.

There were three different papers under my name.

I read the first one quickly. If was just billing for the hospital.. Which was insanely expensive.

The second was information on my family relationships.

Luna has divorced parents but they decided to go out on a vacation together due to some family member issues.

Along with her parents, they took her brother, Axel. He is 19 years old and believed Luna could handle being alone. He left due to some family member issues as well.

They should be coming within two weeks. Here's the info:

Lastly there was a page on me.

Luna is a 18 year old patient who recently got into a car accident. She had minor injuries. (Slight bruising and happened to be passed out when she entered urgent care) However she did not pass out because of the crash but due to not eating properly. Luna has a level 3 eating disorder.

I finished reading and shoved the papers back into my bag.

I left the bathroom in a hurry and slid the bag under my bed, hiding the stolen information.

Throwing myself on my bed, my mind buzzed.

Axel..

I must of been so wrapped up in it all, I forgot about him..

I need to talk to him, tonight.

Yeah so, I should be posting a lot Friday-Monday, since I won't be in school.
