Help!
I'm trapped
And crying
The black hole
Is circling around me
My mind cries
Lonely
Hopeless tears
Why am I here?
Will anyone miss me
If I was gone
Suddenly
Typed words on a device
Break through
My wretched hell
"I am here
I am staying
You're not alone
Don't cry sweetheart"
Those words came
From a woman
I have yet to meet
In person
My froggy sister
Lisa
I needed help
Escaping my mind
That the illness
Had thrust into
Depression overdrive
In 2014
And you were there
You sent me funny pictures
About rewiring of brains
From Home Depot
Loving stickers
Anything to keep me
From losing all hope
You kept me alive
Until my mom got home
And took over
I was later reassessed
And received different meds
But you were the catalyst
Keeping me here and not
Attached to some ventilator
I can never repay you
All I can say is thank you
May G-d grant you
Recovery
Peace
And happiness eternal
As I asked Him
With the note placed
In the sacred
Western Wall in Jerusalem
Just for you
For He loves you
Just as I do
Thank you
