Chapter 14

Kalani'S POV:
"No Topanga I cant go to school today, im so embarrassed of what happened I can't go"I say looking at Topanga. "Please dont make me go".
She smiles at me,"I wont make you but sooner or later you'll have to get up from this bed and go to school, besides Lucas is over there".
"Lucas can come and visit"i sigh.
"No, he really is right there, like hes in the living room" she points.
"What?"I shriek falling off the bed.
"Really?"I face palm my self.
"Get dressed Kalani"she says.
I sigh, "fine you win Topanga".
I get up and get changed into a t-shirt and shorts with converse.
I did my hair and makeup and walked out.
Lucas was standing up talking to Farkle.
"So hows it going with you and Kalani?"Farkle asked.
"Honestly I really like her, but she's too awkward now"he says.
"What do you mean awkward?".
"Yesterday she barly talked to me, very awkward hand holding, etc"he laughed.
I then walked out.
"Kalani!"Lucas said suprised.
"Im awkward?"I ask.
"Pretty much" he laughs.
"How rude!" I storm off outside.
"Love you too"he yells out.

I then remember I forgot my bag. I march back in and grab it, "now im leaving"I say closing the door. I then open it a bit, "oh yeah, how rude!"I walk out this time.
What about Riley and Maya?
I then see Riley and Maya come out.
We began to walk to the train station.
"Whats going on between you and Lucas?"Riley asks.
"There dating honey" Maya bursts out.
Riley looks at me. "Really?".
I nod slowly.
"Wow"she says looking down at the floor.
"Are you upset?"I ask.
"No, no, its fine,... im sorta happy for you I guess"she fakes a smile.
I sigh, knowing She was not but ok.
The train arrives and we pile in.
I then see Farkle, Lucas, and Zae run in here beford the doors closed.
" WE MADE IT" Zae yelled earning stares.
Lucas looked tires and looked up spotting me.
" yeah and we made it on the right one too " Lucas smiles at me.
Lucas walks towards me and hugs me.
Riley looks at me.
I turn towards Lucas." Not now" I say looking away.
" I cant hug my girlfriend?" He asks.
I sigh." Just not now".
" what ever" he lets go of me and walks towards the guys.
Riley smiles at me. " it's ok Kalani, I told you im okay with it".
I looked straight into her eyes. Tears forming.
The train began to move.
I look at Lucas who was talking to Farkle and staring at me.
Farkle was giving me glares here and there too.
I sigh and grab on the pole.
Riley was. Looking down at the floor.
I honestly felt bad.
I broke the no date friends crush rule.
But i mean i liked him the same time she did.
Farkle came over to me."Kalani, why dont you want Lucas near you right now?".
" I do, but not now" I say." Did he send you to talk to me?".
" no, i honestly just want to see my friends happy".
I sigh. " Farkle well talk later" I say grabbing my bag and walking slowly to the back of the train.
Lucas looking at me, with a concerned face.
After awhile we arrived at our stop.
I grabbed my bag and headed out before any body else.
" Kalani hold up" Lucas screams my name.
I ignore him.
Then i feel him tightly grab my wrist.
" oww Lucas".
" sorry" he loosens up." Whats up with you?".
" nothing" I fake smile.
Riley and Them were all listening to our conversation.
" i know theres something up".
I sigh. " ill explain later" I grab his hand.
He interwines his fingers and mine together.
Riley saw and i instantly separated them.
Lucas noticed and sighed.
He walked off to Zae.
Today's going to be horrible.
We finally arrived at school and headed rapidly to Cory's class.
I sat in my desk and buried my head into my arms.
I then hear the bell and every one piles in.
Cory as well.
" Love" he begins.
" oh, life hates me" I say.
" hey Kalani how was it having that all dumped on you the other day?" Some one says.
I turn around and see Missy.
" you looked tremendous" she said again.
" it was alright" I say.
I never liked Missy.
" Yeah, wonder if Lucas still likes you ".
" were dating" Lucas chimes in.
" oh thats too bad".
" why?" I ask.
" You dont make a cute couple, but me and Lucas would".
I sigh and focus on the class.
" How do you think Love was? And how it went?".
" painful" I sigh.
" sort of, back then you really didint have an option to who you really wanted to marry, your parents chose for you".

This was going to be a very long day.
