Chapter Six
Amusing Class Antics
How was it possible that I had to meet with him twice in one day and now I’d have to sit next to him too? It's like someone had it in for me! Maybe i should've had a funeral ceremony for that bee that stung me the other day. Now it's using it's powers and is giving me hell from beyond the grave. Stupid bee!!!
If you hadn't of guessed it yet, I was sitting next to the crap bag. That’s right folks. The guy that occupied the seat is none other than Axel Archer. This day just wasn’t getting any better. I brushed by him and sat down.
He snorted and said, “Can’t get enough of me I see?” I recalled that earlier, Blake had said the exact same words. But the way Axel said it was totally different and I didn’t like it.
I sideways glanced at him, “You wish. I’d rather be stuck up a tree than be anywhere near a jerk like you.”
He turned to me with shock and I just smirked. Axel folded his arms and said, “Well, I’d chop down any tree you get stuck in and push it down a cliff. So ha!”
“Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know you were a Lumber Jack as well as a Class A Idiot.” I retorted. If I was mistaken I was sure I saw him smile at me and it was then I realized I was also smiling. We both composed our faces and went back to ignoring each other.
“Hey get the popcorn Kyle, it’s like a movie!” said a boy at the table in front of us.
“Seems like it’s an early ending Zack. Shame, I’ve never seen Axel’s playful side.” The boy called Kyle said.
The two boys angled their chairs so that they were facing our table. The boy called Zack had a big grin on his face like he knew something we didn’t. He had sandy blonde hair and playful bright blue eyes.
Axel just scowled, “Why the hell are you talking to him, Zack?” The ‘him’ he was referring to was Kyle. The boy called Kyle gave Axel a raised eyebrow. He had chocolate brown eyes that reminded me of Blake’s but his hair wasn’t as blonde as Blake’s.
Kyle spoke directly to Axel, “What are you gonna do Axel? Beat me up?” His voice was serious but his actions playful.
Axel just narrowed his eyes and didn’t say anything.
Zack and Kyle laughed. Zack waggled his finger to Axel and spoke to him like a child, “Yes do remember that your sister made sure that siblings aren’t involved and left out of it, so they can do what they want and speak to whoever they want from both groups.”
“Amen to that.” Kyle said.
I didn’t know what they were going on about but I could tell that Kyle didn’t really belong in the same group as Axel and Zack.
It was then I noticed that both Zack had the same black blazer as Axel but Kyle didn’t, he had the normal school green blazer on. I saw the inside of Zack’s blazer and it was green. I mentally slapped my forehead.
They had only turned their blazer inside out. Hmm now thinking back, that boy who glared at me in English also had a black blazer. I wonder why they did that? A fashion statement?
“Shut your mouth Crowe. That rule is stupid. He’s practically one of them.” Axel said whilst pointing at Kyle. Kyle just slapped Axel’s finger away from his face.
"Awww. I don’t want to shut my mouth. I haven’t even spoken to the new girl yet. So what’s your na-“
He didn’t finish his sentence because we heard a annoyed ‘Ahem’. Mr Eddison had stopped teaching and was giving us a stern stare.
