So I'm still suffering from the post Anxiety attack but I wanted to share with you some tips for when you feel a attack coming on.

1. Create a number sequence and go through it to put your thoughts somewhere else. This will distract you from what you are thinking about

2. Listen to some stress relieving songs for me the song What's The Pressure by Laura Tesero is perfect if I focus on the lyrics.

3. Go on the website weavsilk.com it re focuses your attention if you are a visual person, for me it's really relaxing

Stay safe, and happy. Take your medicine if you have any. And know I care about you. Love you guys and no matter how much you feel like everyone hates you or doesn't like you know I'm feeling the same way right now and the storm will pass.
