Isn't ironic how the so called "Gender equality" movement is somehow causing more inequality. People have to recognize that the way to gender equality isn't asking for more privileges it is realizing that with the same amount of effort put in by both genders they can do equally as well. Don't go accusing people of being sexist because less women are hired. Yes, it is the case that some women work harder than their male co-workers and still don't get a promotion, but that isn't always the case and you cant treat it like it is. Treat each situation as it's own and stop comparing them.
