worthless disappointment

i ran into my room and finally let the tears fall. i never liked to cry in front of my mom because last time she slapped me and told me i was weak.

i fell asleep to all the words that my mom kept shouting through my door.

she kept telling me that i was a worthless disappointment.
before, i didn't listen to her words. but now, i am starting to think that she was right all along.
