Guilt. The feeling and/or emotion that eats you from the inside out. It causes you to do things you wish not to do. Eventually you start to do them subconciously, yet still having the unsatisfactory pleasure of doing it.
You know when you have and are experiencing this. You get this feeling in your gut, like it's on fire while being twisted into an uncountable number of knots at the same time. I can't explain it. For those who haven't experienced this, then I am happy for you, you do not want to know what it feels like. It's one of the worst or maybe the worst ever.
Let me just sum it up for you, I just want to die.
