Chapter 14

Stephanie's POV

Today is the Ultimate Training Day. Alison is in the archery range, Adrien is practicing with his sword, Amanda with her stone battleaxe, and Robin and his....hammer.

I actually finished practicing, so I have some time to grab a snack from the market. I went early to the market to get some bread from the baker, but I got distracted.

I walked past the fountain, and the bakery is in front of me. Then, I accidentally bumped into a guy.

"Woah, lady." He said. "You okay there?"

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said as I looked at him, and saw his gorgeous face.

"Hey." He said with a smile.

"Hi." I said. "Have we met before?"

"I don't think so." He said. "Matt."

"Stephanie." I shook his hand. He's cute.

"Umm, do you have a spare time?" He asked. "I'm a bit lonely in the moment."

"Sure." I said.

(Ten minutes later)

"See you next time?" He asked.

"Maybe." I said.

I walked back to the palace with what they call, a goofy grin. I opened the backdoor, and sat on a chair in the dining room.

"You're hungry already?" Someone asked. I turned around to see Ifkar. "I thought you're buying breads. Not a goofy grin."

"Shut up!" I said. "Sorry about the breads."
