The Day I Met You

My world turned upside down when I met thee.
I had this electrifying sensation when you suddenly touch me.
Heart's been racing like a Maserati winding up the road.
You all lifted up the things I load

Time slows and every minute seems an hour
You're the only one I see; the whole place seems ours
Butterflies pester my stomach
With my breathing being blocked

The day I met you was the most special day ever
Feelings like flowing river, now stagnant forever
They say fantasies aren't real
But how should I describe this thing I feel?
This must have been the love they're saying
But I doubt we could have a happy ending..
