Death

When could I taste that sweet death?
When could I smell its soulful scent?
When will our roads cross and meet?
When will this body be thrown to the filth?

When?

I'm too tired to continue this journey of mine
I couldn't anymore make smile so benign
The light of the tunnel was never there
I just kept on walking til' I reach here

I don't care if I won't see that light
But I wish I'll see that dead end tonight
Thought that death would be better
Than for this life that seems to falter

Your footsteps will I be desperately searching
In your arms I'll be gracefully lying
Once I caught sight of you
I'll never ever let you go

I will be waiting
Give me that satisfying ending
