The next day, it seemed like the only thing you did was check the clock. You had a six hour shift, and it seemed like forever before you finally got off at 9:00. You clocked out quicker than ever before. By the time you got ready to meet Leafy, it was about 9:03 and you were mentally prepping yourself in the break room. A feeling of giddiness washed over you, and you smiled so hard you actually started to laugh. You're meeting your idol today. It's Friday. Nothing could be better.

"Y/n!" You heard an uptight, female voice behind you, causing you to spin around quickly.

"Katherine? What's up?" You said, practically praying that she wouldn't ask you to do anymore tasks. The pizza shop closes at 11:00 p.m, and the bar part of it closes at 2:00 a.m. Sometimes you were asked to stay later.

"I'm going to take a small one week break, and I want you to make sure everyone's being productive."

You exhaled the breath you'd been holding in, and nodded.

"Sure thing. Thanks, have a nice vacation!" You called, grabbing your Brixton snapback and practically skipping out of the break room.

You scanned the restaurant for that messy-haired cyberbully you love, and your eyes landed on him after five seconds. He was wearing a white Vans t-shirt with black jeans, a hoodie, and of course his signature snapback. You started to breath faster and your heart beat quickened, but you walked to the table he was sitting at regardless of how you felt.

"Uhm... excuse me?" You said, gulping and approaching him. He was on his phone, but he automatically looked up at you and grinned.

"Hey. I'm Calvin Vail. What's up?"
