Two Sets Of Eyes

Chapter Twelve

~Inuyasha~

    "What has happened to ye?" Kaede asked you and Inuyasha when he set you down on a mat. "We don't know, she's been puking since she woke up." Inuyasha said looking at the priestess.

     Kaede looked thoughtful after shooing Inuyasha away. "Have ye had any...intercourse?" She asked while looking at you. You blushed and nodded. "It may be that ye are pregnant." She told you while smiling. "I knew it!" You exclaimed jumping up.

     After a while of talking with Kaede, you left her hut and headed out in search of Inuyasha. "Where could he have gone to?" You thought while sniffing around. "His scent isn't here but what is this scent? Graveyard soil and...clay?" You thought curiously, you decided to follow it.

     You soon arrived at the Goshinboku. "So you have finally arrived." A woman's voice told you. "Who are you?" You asked curiously. "He hasn't told you who I am? That's surprising." The woman said as a creature flew above her.

"You aren't alive." You stated looking at the creatures. "You're very perceptive." The woman said moving towards you. "How can a priestess not be alive?" You asked, ignoring what she said. "I was resurrected for a purpose, I wish to fulfill that purpose and kill Naraku." She said pointing to a creature.

     "My soul collectors are what keep me alive." She added as a soul collector circled her. "What's your name?" You asked the undead priestess. "You're right. It's time I tell you who I am." She told you walking towards the Goshinboku, she touched the bark and closed her eyes. "Why does she like so much like Kagome?" You thought, creeped out.

     "My name is Kikyo. I am Inuyasha's true lover. I was resurrected to kill him but I do not wish to do so. Kagome is my reincarnation if you're wondering. Naraku killed me, so I'm going to kill him, even if I must give my own fake life for it." She said looking behind you.
