"You beckoned?" I asked as I walked up behind stage with Adrianna, Brianna and Jason. Drew grabbed my arm lightly with slight terror in his eyes. What was going on?

"Do you have twitter?" He asked urgently. Wait, what?

"Uh, you follow me on twitter Drew." I laughed.

"Okay, well we need you to tweet." I shot him a confused look.

"Melrose is having the student body decide which song we perform which might be a bad thing because we might not know how to play the song they choose. Which is why you guys have to tweet our choice a million times." Keaton explained. "Please." He added patting down his hair, obviously stressed out by this entire thing.

"Okay..." I said unlocking my phone. I tapped the tiny blue square icon and the twitter app blinked open. "What song do you want us to vote for?" I asked. Keaton opened his mouth to say something, but before I could type a single word Wesley bounded over to us. He seemed anxious and slightly out of breath.

"I got. The songs." He managed to get out. He joined our circle and held out his phone in the center so we could all read it. "One More Night, Somebody That I Used to Know..." He stopped for a second to scroll down his list. "Moves Like Jagger, Party Rock Anthem, and Fuc- Uhh I mean Forget You." Wes cleared his throat.

"Ughh. All top 40. Typical." Drew's shoulders slumped with disappointment. The guys hated pretending that they were a boyband. As Drew would always say, 'people don't go around calling the Red Hot Chili Peppers a boyband'. Truth.

"We'll be able to show America what we've got once we're on the show. We won't have to play this pop stuff all the time hopefully." Wes told him.

"Hey! I like the Gotye album!" Keaton frowned. It's true, Making Mirrors was probably his favorite album of all time.

"So you want to do that song then?" Drew asked. Keaton thought about it and then shook his head.

"Nah, there's not really any bass to the song... I would just be standing there. Plus we would need a pianist. Which we seem to be lacking at the moment." Keaton said pointing out the obvious. His eyes flickered over me and I sent him a silent 'thank you'. I could kind of play the piano, and Keaton knew that. But he also knew that I hated getting up on stage.

"What about One More Night?" Wes asked looking up from his phone. "It's almost in the lead so we could probably pull it ahead of Party Rock." The guys all nodded.

"Yeah that works. It's the only one we really know how to play anyway." Drew laughed and turned to us. "So can you guys do it?" I nodded at Drew.

"Babe, what's the hashtag that we use?" I leaned over Wesley's shoulder but I couldn't quite read the tweet because his screen was too dark.

"Use '#E3takesHBHS', I don't think you have to tweet at the school or anything." Wes said.

"The school has a twitter?" Brianna snorted. Drew shook his head with disbeleif.

"Apparently." He shrugged. "Melrose is pretty insane." We all murmured our agreement and the guys went to go do soundcheck behind the stage. Adrianna, Jason, Brianna stayed with me to continue voting.

"I just hit tweet limit." Jason said shoving his phone into his pocket. I clicked send and then I got the notification too.

"Same here." I sighed. "I hope we got enough votes in." Adrianna tapped me on the shoulder.

"It's not like we have anymore time anyways." She pointed up at the stage where I saw Principal Melrose chugging up the side stairs onto the stage. His old leather shoes scuffed at the floor as he trudged his way up to the microphone.

"Good morning students!" At the sound of Melrose's voice the guys' heads snapped up to listen. "I hope you are all excited to see your fellow peers perform! But before they take the stage, I would like to announce the song that you chose for them to perform." Silence overfell the crowd. "And the song that you have chosen, with a large number of last minute votes," I smiled at my friends and we all knocked fists, "is... ONE MORE NIGHT BY MAROON5!" All of the students cheered.

"Woah. We actually did it." Jason said slightly impressed by our efforts. I grinned.

"Come on, let's go watch the guys play." I said dragging everyone into the crowd that formed at the edge of the stage. It was weird, the school football field actually looked like a real concert space. Everyone kind of shuffled out of our way as we pushed past to get into the front row; I guess people knew that we knew them. It was a weird sort of feeling; having people treat you differently because you know someone who could potentially become famous.

The guys looked so at home up on stage. Kenny was even up there, sitting behind the drum kit. I smiled to myself, everything was how it was supposed to be.

"Hey guys, we're Emblem3." Wes spoke into the microphone and everyone cheered. Huge grins spread across each of the boys' lips. I couldn't help but smile too. "And well, this is One More Night!" With that Drew started strumming the beginning chords of the song.

You and I go hard at each other like we're going to war.

You and I go rough, we keep throwing things and slamming the door.

Wes's voice still gave me chills to this day. I saw a bunch of mouths in the crowd drop. That's right, I couldn't help but smirk to myself a little. I was just so proud.

By the time the chorus started up, the crowd was in hysterics. Everyone was screaming and singing along; it actually seemed like a real concert. Now all we needed were some giant inflatable beach balls.

RAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! The crowd roared with excitement after the song ended.

"You guys want to hear something else?" Drew asked the audience. They received a positive reaction from the crowd and queued up to Curious. I've never seen them look happier.

Hey guys :) Another chapter for ya :D Hope you liked it!!! And thanks for voting on the last chapter! As you can probably tell, One More Night was the winner by quite a few haha :) Anyway, I'm hoping to have a new chapter up soon :) See you in 40 votes :)
