"GUY57H WH475 7H3 71M3????" Mituna questioned, spitting slightly as he spoke.
"Tuna boy, say it, don't spray it-"
"H3y! L34v3 my Tun4 4lon3!" Latula exclaimed, stomping up to Meenah with furrowed eyebrows.
"Hey, hey, chill Pyrope." Peixes raised her hands in defense.
"I've wasted 3 entire hours here when I could've 8een catching up on my reading," Aranea complained, sitting on the bleachers.

It was English, third period, on a Tuesday. This was one of three classes Dirk and Jake shared. They sat far from one another, but in the same row. Fantastic.
Someone just threw a paper ball at the back of Dirk's head, thanks. He picked it up, unscrewing it. As soon as he saw the pathetic question, he scribbled it out, turning it over to a blank page. He turned behind him quickly, seeing Cronus' face light up. Strider shook his head no. Of course he wouldn't go out with fucking Cronus Ampora, who would? Anyway, Dirk began writing a message for Jake.
"Hey, wanna come 'round mine tonight? -Di Stri"
Dirk lobbed the paper directly onto Jake's desk, getting a strange look from other people. Jake unrolled the paper, clicking his pen, he replied, throwing it back.
"Can't, sports club tonight."
Dirk responded.
"Can't you skip one time? I gotta teach you the ways of Anime. Isn't Meenah your co-captain?"
He threw the paper back, grabbing the attention of a few.
"I suppose. Ok. I'll come round."
Jake threw it back.
It was settled, but unfortunately, the excitement and anxiousness of visiting a friend's house got the best of poor, poor English and his abandoned club, resulting in the oblivious boy forgetting to tell Meenah, or anyone really. It was disappointing, almost, to most of the club members. To know your captain is all about the club and all that, but when someone gets their attention, all hope in the club reviving from the dead is low at points, to know that all of the people that showed up are now practically strangers to Jake, just because of Dirk. When school ended, and those people found out, Meenah wasn't very chuffed.

Once Dirk and Jake had arrived at Dirk's shitty apartment, they were pretty late because of chitchatting, piggyback rides and the god damn stairs to get in the fucking place. Other than that, all was fine. It was totally not as if Jake's club was waiting for him, oh no.
For the entire evening, English was ever-so extremely happy because of Dirk. The usually oh-so-stoic blond nerd was now a giggly young man with a slight grin. Dirk had shoved on one of Jake's favourite movies on coincidence; he had no fucking clue English had a fucking fetish for the blue woman.
"English, hey-"
"Shh, this is a good part, Dirk!" Jake hushed him, placing a hand over Dirk's mouth blindly, his eyes glued to the screen.
"No-fucking-wonder you have glasses." Dirk stiffled a chuckle, pausing the film, resulting in an angry sportsman to stare at him.
Jake crossed his arms, narrowing his eyes down at his fellow chum, but in a playful manner. The two men were sitting close besides each other, mainly because the green-eyed goofball had his legs swung up on Dirk's legs.
"What?" Jake asked, more like demanded.
Dirk let out a 'tuh' sort of noise, rolling his eyes beneath his dark shades. "I dunno what it is, but I feel like I've known you forever. I'm not usually that fond of making friends, but I guess your positive vibes have awoken my social status. Thanks." He let out a huff, like the laughter that comes out of your nose... A huff of laughter? Psh, I don't know what it was, but he did it. Anyhoo. Jake looked at Strider, his eyes widening slightly as a huge, cheeky grin rose to his face. He practically pounced on his mate, cuddling the shocked blond tightly. His mouth opened to speak.
"That's sweet." Jake said, his hot breath tickling Dirk's neck, resulting in goosebumps. Jake pulled away, his legs retracting from Dirk's legs onto the ground. "No one has ever spoken about me like that, so thank you. I mean, besides the ladies who just want a piece of my arse, no one." Dirk laughed slightly, along with Jake.
"Don't thank the truth."

"1 D0N7 7H1NK J4K35 7URN1NG UP," Mituna explained, pulling a face.
"Everybody go the fuck home, sorry for wastin' ya' time." Meenah sighed, rolling her eyes as everyone began deserting the playing fields besides herself and Aranea. "It's the flippin' Dirk kid, ain't it. Y'know, the one with the funny sunglasses, gay bouy, stroo-"
"That's enough, Meenah. I know who Dirk is." Aranea huffed, quite annoyed her time was wasted.
"Don't tell me Jake's gatherin' all Dick's homo germs. He cod do so much batter." Meenah smirked as she let the puns slip out of her mouth.
"Meenah, sweetie, I'm your girlfriend."
"Gillfrond. My main g, and my friend." Meenah stated. Aranea frowned slightly. "What? Did ya' think we were gonna date? Haha, no way Serket, I'm good."
"Anyhoo, Aranea, don't trout minnow. I've got it! A little someone I know could leave him a few notes here and there, no harm done. If he doesn't listen, we got to go to plan B."
"Whatever you say." Aranea rolled her eyes.
