Chapter 9: an opportunity of a life time

I wake up from banging on the door downstairs and i realize that no one is home as the banging continues

I forcefully pull myself up and out of bed to go and figure out who is making all the god dang noise at the crack of dawn.

I run quickly down the stairs and whip open the door" WHO IS BANGING AT MY DOOR THIS EARLY IN TH- oh its you.." I get cut off as I see Justin at the door

I let him in and immediately walk over to the couch and collapse onto of it.

" Well its good to see you too..." he responds with a slight giggle

" I would be more happier to see you if you came a little later, I mean come on why are you here at 8 o'clock in the morning?"

" I couldn't wait  to see my beautiful girlfriends face any longer"

" whatever.." I stand up off the couch and walk into the kitchen, because if I'm up then i am going to eat 

I walk over to the fridge and open it " UGGHHHH"

I feel a pair of arms wrap around my bare stomach " What are you complaining about now Paige?"

" Theres no FOOD IN THIS HOUSE AND I'M STARVING" I scream maybe a little too loud

" Well babe thats not a problem lets just go out and get something to eat... what about IHOP?"

Thinking about all the delicious pancakes I could eat at IHOP, I quickly run up stairs to change 

" I'll take that as a yes.." he screams to me from the kitchen

( time skip to ihop) 

" Justin I swear to god if that waitress comes and flirts with you one more time I am going to punch her right in the throat"

" Babe your hot when your mad.." He responds with a smirk

" this is no time for joking around,I'm serious" 

" Ok then lets pay and leave we don't have to stay.. i Mean i don't think the waitress will stop flirting cause look at me.." 

" Oh shut up and lets go"

On our way out my phones starts ringing 

" hello?"

" Hi is this Paige Mitchell? " 

" Yeah this is she.. may I ask who's calling?"

" yeah sorry.. my name is Samantha Baker and I'm calling to talk to you about a position as a Victoria Secret Angel, we have seen much of your work and want to offer you a spot on the team?"

My face drops and I become speechless... I have always wanted to become a Victorias Secret Model ever since I got into modeling, that was always my end goal and now I have been offered a spot....

Justin looks at me worriedly because I have become choked up, and he doesn't know who i am talking to and what about 

" Paige...Paige... are you okay?" Justin says with a worried face

I hold up a finger at him to signal I am okay and to wait a second

" uhhmm Mrs. Baker?"

" Yes...?"

" I would love to!"
