freya set me up an appointment with her psychiatrist. she assured me that it will all be fine and to just open myself up to her, to tell her exactly how i feel so she can help. i've never been so terrified.

as we walk into the modern building, people greeted us and some even knew who freya was. we'll smile and continue walking. once we were in front of the door that led to my confession, i stop.

"are you nervous?" freya smirks up at me, i nod. "don't be. i'll be in there with you."

"promise?"

"promise."

freya's soft palm fit into mines and laced our fingers.

"hey, maybe after this we'll go down to the diner and fix you up some boneless wings." my eyes went wide and she giggled.

"i knew you were lying."
