Hey People,

***

I just wanna make you laugh
I just wanna see that smile
Babe, we're only here, oh, for a little while
I just wanna hold you till we fall asleep
I want love, I want us, I want you, I want me, I want peace

GIDEON'S POV

Sometimes, it's not the words and people that affect you but the effect they leave on you matters, the simple sentences they say without knowing, how much effect they leave on other's consciousness.

My mind recalled the words thrown on me in my dreadful past with the Libra of her words from last night, weighing the depth of mourning darkness in the light of her intellectual wisdom.

Shutting the door of my office, I strode toward my desk with heavy steps. With each passing moment, the words clouding my mind in their web cob. The more I try to divert my mind from those words, the more they give appearance in my mind with her genuine sparkling eyes. Those eyes which show me the innocence and purity in them with her fragile naïve heart.

Sitting on my desk with heavy head, utterly exhausted. The sleep seems to have bitter relations with me now these days with restless vigilant mind. Slumping back on the chair, my gaze went to the large wall size Aquarium, an only source of life in this dull and lifeless room. The different fishes roaming in the water, their curious gaze roaming around, trying to grasp everything in their surround whatever they can see with their small eyes in the water.

But it's their delusion. The world is so much more from their surroundings.

Their innocent frail eyes are the mirror of their fragile heart. They look so peaceful, so fragile. With one look and you just want to protect them from this world.

Just like our Mate. A deep voice from inside resonated in my mind, Royce commented, equally engrossed in admiring the view of curious fishes flipping around in the aquarium.

I agreed. Again, her baffled flushed face from last night flashed in front of our eyes, a smile appeared on my lips without my permission recalling her troubled stare.

She was looking so lost last night, like she wasn't in herself. Royce stated, the little tiger was not in her confident self last night. She was looking more lost, puzzled in her own world.

The fierce courageous lady was missing in her; I saw only an innocent lost fawn who would crumble if I leave her last night.

But our mate has to surprise us. In friction of seconds, the lost fawn converted into an intelligent intellectual soul who gave us a precious piece of advice in her simple words.

I conceded, the small glimpse of agony flicking in her eyes flashed back with Royce's words.

Her speech was confident, her body posture closed with remote reach when she was talking. But her eyes, they gave away the secrets of her heart. They held the depth of pain in them while she showcased her genuine smile after her deep and dense enlightenment theory of darkness.

A part of me was amused and admired her deep knowledge at this stage of life but a part of me was upset seeing her struggling to keep her emotions at bay.

I want her to share her problems with me. Royce growled in agitation, her remoteness and closed behavior toward us are making us agitated with each encounter and increasing his possessiveness toward her.
