It makes complete sense that it's beyond difficult at the moment. As humans, we have very high anxiety about the obstacles that scare us half to death. We cry, plead, try to take the easy way out, it's natural. Please don't think you're a weakling because you cried the minute the true message was articulated. You are not weak, you are human.
Although, we must push through our most difficult times, and hardships, to get to hearts and rainbows. The strong moment is when you breakthrough, and find your peace at what was once hell. Don't think you won't. No matter how much it hurts, there is some peace in whatever you are going through. It is impossible for there not to be. With all my hope, I pray that we find out peace. We will, you gotta keep pushing through. No matter what. Keep pushing.
