Groundhog Day

Ella's POV

Its Monday and I finally get to leave this tower, I'm so happy  but happy is not the right word, pumped, ready, enthusiastic, eager and excited all the above.
"Morning baby" Christian greeted me at the breakfast bar
"Morning"
"Your seem excited to get to work"
"Yep I'm so happy to go back to work to do something other than sit around here, be amongst other people"
"Yes I agree it will be good for you to get out"
"Ready for duty Sir" said Derek as he marched into the apartment and saluted us, idiot.
I looked at Christian "Please fire him I really don't want him following me, I'll have anyone I promise I won't run away, I promise to follow everything you say but please please get rid of Derek" I pleaded with Christian, I watched as he shook his head no, with a smile on his face.
"Omg sis you trying to get me fired already" he acted hurt.
I looked at Derek with evil eyes sending him a sibling look saying 'I'm going to kill you slowly'
"Wait how did you get into our apartment Derek?" I asked
"I took your key and had it cut, just in case your in danger and I need to get to you"
"Nope no no give me your key, I'm with Christian you will not come into our apartment when you feel like it and go through our things while we are not here, give me that key now!"
"Sorry sis but its for your safety"
He is so frustrating, I know one way to get my key back, I grabbed Christians collar and pulled him in close and started to kiss Christian at first he was surprised then he was relaxed and kissed me back passionately, how I love his lips on mine, the taste of the bacon he just ate on my mouth, when I heard 'ahem' I pulled away before our kiss turned into something more. I looked at Derek "Fine keep the key we can get down and dirty as its our apartment, just remember if you find me on top of Christian all naked on this breakfast bar, its your fault for letting yourself in"
"Omg sis here take the key I will never walk into your apartment ever unless you open the door or Christian is not here, you are sooo dramatic sometimes sis" I smirked as I reached out and grabbed the key, Christian just watched me smiling and shaking his head not believing what just occurred between us.
"Okay lets go I want to get to work early so I can say Hi to Martin"
"I'm going to ride with the other bodyguards because you just made me vomit in my mouth with dum stunt" said Derek
"Good because no one invited you" I said

Christian and I were sitting in the car while Charlie was driving, Christian was holding my hand and rubbing circles with his thumb on my hand
"Baby are you ok you seems nervous" I asked Christian
"I am,  at least with you on bed rest in the apartment I could protect you, now you are out in the open again I don't know how to be apart from you and trust your going to alright,  I trust your brother but I feel uneasy"
"Do you still have my desk in your office?"
"Yes?" He looked at me curiously
"I'll work in your office until you are comfortable for me to leave, will that put you at ease?"
"Yes, I would like that" he smiled
"Word of warning Derek is a pain in the ass"
"Surely he can't be that bad"
I rolled my eyes you will find out

I said Hi to Martin, received my work and walked into Christian's office and starting work right away.
10 mins into work
"What you doing sis?"
"Working now shut up!"
"Sis I'm hungry do you have anything to eat"
"No"
"Argh but I'm hungry"
"Why are you so hungry?"
"Because I forgot to have breakfast"
"Well you will have to wait, my break is not till 12:30pm"
"Omg sis I'm going to die of starvation"
"Then go get something to eat then"
"But I'm not allowed to leave you"
"I'm with Christian you idiot just go your giving me a headache"
"Okay did you want anything"
"No"
"Okay just call me when Christian leaves or you need me"
"I won't need you now go"
"I see what you mean now he is very annoying" said Christian
"Its because he has never really worked he does modelling, all he does is stand there and pose no hard work needed, hes so lazy when it comes to hard labour, but he can workout for hours to maintain his body but give him hard work and hes a pain in the ass"
"Oh well maybe I'll think of something more productive for him to do than disturb you and me from working"
"Good luck"
"Have a little faith in me baby" Christian said as he kissed me on top of my head and walked back to his desk to make some more phone calls.

This continued on for several days Derek annoying me. Him following me like a lost puppy, going to meetings, charities etc. It felt like Groundhog Day a repeat of the day before with Derek. Finally Christian found a way to keep him off my back so I could work.

"Derek I heard you like to work out"
"Yeah so what" Derek replied back aburtly
"Derek don't be rude" I said
"Sorry pretty boy" I rolled my eyes at his stupid remark
"Well I was thinking for the first half of the day your could work out with a good friend of mine to bring your fitness up and keep your skills sharpened"
"What are you saying I'm unfit?"
"No no I do this with all my bodyguards"
"Fine, who is your friend?"
"Greg Hunt"
"Greg Hunt as in Greg Hunt top MMA fighter for the last 5 year, undefeated Greg Hunt been fighting since he was 5 years old and made it big when he was 19 Greg Hunt"
"Yeah the very one"
"And how the hell do you know him"
"We are childhood friends"
"WHAT!"
"We were sparring fighters but I took a different path in life"
"Theres so much I don't know about you Christian,  I don't know if that's a good thing or bad.  One thing is for sure you love my sister and vice versa, set it up I'll kick his ass"
Christian smiled "Good luck with that, I will arrange it for tomorrow morning"
I looked at Christian and smiled I knew he would take us out of this loop, no more annoying brother.
