*How to get a booty!*

I know all gurls are looking for that nice right round booty, some are born with it and some just need just a bit of work. Here is how to get the booty of your life.

*SQuats* 

Let me tell yall about squats. Squats are so effective for your butt, you will go from flat to round just be doing squats and being consistent everyday. If you are not seeing results in the next 2 weeks make sure your doing them properly. If your doing them wrong you will not see results. Try and challenge yourself with squats maybe time yourself to see how long you can do them for. It will burn but just keep going and push yourself.

Next thing I would want to say is adding weights. How are you going to build a big booty if your not adding any weights to your workout. Add dumbbells or even if you don't have them use heavy books to use as weights. You can also use the dumbbells or the heavy books to your lunges. I'll put different workouts you can do below.

Get on all fours on mat (hands under shoulders, knees under hips).Keeping right knee bent 90 degrees, flex right foot and lift knee to hip level.Lower knee without touching floor; lift again. Do 15 reps.Switch legs; repeat.

This exercise is the same as the first one but instead your leg is suppose to be straight.


There's this channel on YouTube that show good workouts for your butt. I'm telling you that YouTube channel changed my whole life, my booty was perking and I even got sooo much compliments from my friends and family.

Be consistent with their video's and I promise you your booty will get BIGGER!! 


*Eat food*

Eat whole wheat bread, chicken, Sweet potatoes, veggies. Gurl fill yourself up with these they will really grow your butt.

*Get a flatter stomach*

The more bigger your belly is the more smaller your butt's going to look, the more smaller your belly is the more bigger your butt  is gonna looks. So take some time and also do some ab workouts, you can incorporate it with the YouTube channel links I left up top. 

I'm not even going to recommend plastic surgery because I believe if you want something, you gotta work for it. So if you want that booty get up right now and do some squats.
