EPILOGUE

LEO

The Argo II docked at the shore of Long Island.

Everyone was waiting for us.

Every one is waiting for the seven half blood who answered the call.

Percy

Annabeth

Frank

Hazel

Jason

Piper

And me.

Everyone seems to be excited to see their cabinmates while here I am, crashed. I don't know what to expect.

Calypso.

Calypso's hurt.

I'm not even sure what happened to her since they brought her here at camp ahead of us.

I felt a hand holding my shoulder.

"Go." Percy said and tapped my shoulder.

I know what he meant.

He meant that I visit Calypso in the infirmary where she's recovering.

I went straight to the infirmary.

I looked inside and Calypso wasn't there.

I walked out of the infirmary with a heavy heart.

I went to Zeus's fist. Somewhere far from the other demigods.

I wanted to be alone.

I climbed and realized another person wanted to be alone because there is someone up there.

I walked towards the person.

Wait I knew who it is.

How could I forget who she is?

How could I forget who she is when all the way from Greece she's all I've been thinking about.

I ran to her and hugged her from behind.

I felt her body tensed.

"I missed you. I'm glad you're okay." I whispered the words I was longing to tell her since we parted ways in Greece.

She removed my hands and faced me.

She inched a little further from me.

I don't understand.. Why is she acting so distant?

"Hey, baby, what's the matter?" I moved a little closer but she stepped back again.

She looked at me with confusion in her eyes.

"W-who a-are y-you?" She managed to ask.

"It's me Leo Valdez." I said with a shaky voice.

"I- I don't r-remember y- you." She was still backing away from me.

What in the name of hades is happening?!

Then I noticed the bandage in her head.

Was it even possible for a titan or a god to have amnesia?

"You don't remember me?" I asked.

"No." She said. I don't know what I'd do.

Here I am in front of the girl I would never forget but couldn't remember me. How ironic is that?

I think Aphrodite or even Cupid might've been playing tricks with me.

I was so caught up in my thoughts then I heard a loud laugh.
